Our jewellery is made of gold filled materials with gemstones and pearls so please handle with care. To prevent any damage, please avoid exposing them to chemicals, perfumes, creams, and water.

When not in use, store your jewellery in a secure, dry place that's away from light and remove the jewellery items before engaging in messy tasks and showering. Use a soft microfiber cloth to polish and restore the shine.

For our pouches: hand wash only, do not machine wash.

Please note all our products are handcrafted and therefore it can take up to 5 working days to ship your order (from the Netherlands). Other items will be shipped within 24 hours.

The expected delivery times (once the item has been dispatched) and costs are as outlined below:
Netherlands: 1-2 business days (PostNL), €2,95 for letterbox mail & track & trace + insurance €6,95. Free delivery for orders over €50,-
Europe: ± 8 business days (PostNL), €12,95
International: ± 20 business days (DHL), depending on which country ± € 60,- (shown at check-out).
